My roof is leaking, Can it be repaired, or do I need a new roof?

 

All roofs are different but its pretty much common sense wether it be commercial or residential. If your roof is over 30+ years old and its leaking in multiple places then you need a new roof. If your roof is 10+ years old and its only leaking in one spot and everything else on the roof is okay then all you need is a simple repair.

I just replaced my shingle roof and its still leaking. Why is this?
 
The most common reason for this is because most in-experinced roofing contractors nail their shingles too high above the adhesive strip as shown in the first photo. This causes the shingle to lift up even in light breeze which causes rain to seep into the under alighment. J&M roofing is the new standard in roofing and we only give our cleints the best service in N.J. We will not allow this to happen for any of our clients. Do you offer any warranties?

Absolutly! We offer a materials warranty and a labour warranty. All warranties are different depending on the roof and materials used so give us a call and we'll figure it out!

How long will it take to repair my roof?

 

It usally takes 1 full working day to replace a residential roof and it takes usally 2 days to complete a new commercial roof but all projects are different so give us a call and we can figure it out from there!

The blue circles show where the nails were placed. The red circle shows the adhesive strip and the orange circles show where the nails should have been. If the nails were placed correctly we wouldnt have been able to lift up this shingle without using much strength.
